Hilton Hotels Corporation’s Diversity Policies are established by the Corporation’s Board of Directors with the direction of its Diversity Committee.

Workforce Diversity Mission Statement issued by Board of Directors to create and main-tain a diverse work place culture that strengthens the business value of the corporation and affirms Hilton Hotels Corporation as an industry leader in the global market

HHC President & CEO Stephen Bollenbach is accountable for implementing the Board’s Diversity Policies.

- Molly McKenzie-Swarts, Senior Vice President - HR & Diversity, reports directly to our CEO and is responsible for development and implementation of diversity initiatives, and measuring diversity performance.

- CEO Bollenbach and SVP McKenzie-Swarts preside over the Diversity Council, consisting primarily of our CEO’s direct reports, who provide input and consultation on implementation of diversity initiatives.

- Initiatives issued by CEO Bollenbach and implemented by SVP McKenzie-Swarts, through the Diversity Council, include
