of Directors with the direction of its Diversity Committee.
Workforce Diversity Mission Statement issued by Board of Directors to create and main-tain
a diverse work place culture that strengthens the business value of the corporation
and affirms Hilton Hotels Corporation as an industry leader in the global market
HHC President & CEO Stephen Bollenbach is accountable for implementing the Board’s
Diversity Policies.

Molly McKenzie-Swarts, Senior Vice President - HR & Diversity, reports directly to our
CEO and is responsible for development and implementation of diversity initiatives, and
measuring diversity performance.

CEO Bollenbach and SVP McKenzie-Swarts preside over the Diversity Council,
consisting primarily of our CEO’s direct reports, who provide input and consultation on
